How a week in the Lab works
SUNLedger update. Everyone posts their numbers (MRR, hours, spend) the same way I update the public dashboard. No numbers, no seat. That's the whole culture.
MONLive implementation call (60 min). One playbook step, executed together: the sponsor pitch, the founding-member launch, the first paid tier. You leave with the thing done, not planned.
MIDAsync teardowns. Post what you shipped; I review it against the playbook (subject lines, pricing, offers) in the community thread, so everyone learns from every review.
